We are a private corporation based in the scenic Niagara region of Southern Ontario.
Our main focus is the development of products and services for the health care industry.
We see a lot of potential for web based applications in the health care field. This is partially due the increased awareness and maturity of the world wide web. The other driving factor is the increasing need for health care groups and hospitals to rely on long distance learning, improved data analysis and improved ways to manage collaborations.
The products and services we have and are continuing to develop will take advantage of this emerging trend. Our teams consist of actively practicing physicians, which gives us a unique undertanding into the functioning of various health care models used throughtout the world.

Our Research and Development occurs locations across the world. However, our headquarters is in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada
This locations, which is only 45min from the USA's border and 50 min from Toronto, strategically positions us to take advantage of both of these locations
Furthermore, since most of our products are web based, we are able to help health care groups from as diverse places as Abbotsford (Canada) to Washington (USA) and all names in between
